1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between COSA ("we", "us", "our") and any individual or legal entity ("Customer", "you") making a purchase on our cosmetics e-commerce website. By validating an order, the Customer accepts these Terms without reservation.
2. Products
Our cosmetic products are ISO certified and comply with current quality standards. Photos and descriptions on the website are as accurate as possible but have no contractual value.
3. Orders and Availability
All orders are confirmed after payment validation. In case of product unavailability, the Customer will be informed and may request a refund or replacement product.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) including tax. We accept the payment methods mentioned on our website. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
5. Delivery
Delivery is provided throughout Morocco. Delivery times vary according to destination and will be communicated when ordering. In case of delays beyond our control, COSA cannot be held responsible.
6. Returns and Claims
The Customer has a period of 7 to 14 days from receipt to report any defective or non-compliant product. Returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
7. Liability
COSA cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of products. Users are advised to read notices carefully and check for any allergies.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to Moroccan law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent Moroccan courts.
